It all started when...

Huls Custom Homes Inc. specializes in new home design and build, in addition to home renovations or modifications for individuals with specific requirements due to disability. With roots that began as Huls Home Pro, in 2009, Brandon Huls has a long successful history of tailoring each new project to individual clients’ requirements in terms of physical needs as well as lifestyle.

With a family history in building, Brandon grew up exposed to all stages of the building process. Today, Huls Custom Homes Inc. is proud to be involved in everything from the conceptual design stage of a new home and/or renovation, through the construction stage to completion of each project with full client satisfaction a priority.

Huls Custom Homes Inc. is excited to be able to offer premium lots that back onto the fairway of Caradoc Sands Golf Course as well as interior lots. We can accommodate and have design concepts for houses that are between 1600 and 2200 square feet. We also have one large corner lot in Phase One that could easily accommodate a large wrap around porch.

Our new home design plans are all open concept and as such are appropriate for all, including young families as well as retired couples who may enjoy or require the functionality that an accessible house could bring them.
